Definately not true. I"ve not seen a difference between this monitor and any other LCD I"ve had with regards to output. Everything fills the panel.

The morons at HardOCP are wrong, again. This panel is no different than any other monitor. You don"t have to game at 2560x1600 any more than you have to game at another LCD"s maximum resolution. Obviously, it"s higher res, so you"ll need a more powerful video card. I"ve been gaming at 2560x1600 since my X1800XT.

The first thing you need to remember is that anyone who says you can"t game at X res is an idiot. Games are different, each one. Something like a 7600GT could game older titles at the res, but not anything recent, assuming recent = better graphics.
