You must configure the initial network settings based on your network infrastructure to enable the communication to and from iDRAC. You can set up the IP address using one of the following interfaces:
You can set up the IP address or use the default iDRAC IP address 192.168.0.120. To configure initial network settings, including setting up DHCP or the static IP for iDRAC. By default, the dedicated iDRAC network card is disabled. The iDRAC is sharing the network card on LOM 1 (LAN on Motherboard). In the case of blade servers, the iDRAC network interface is disabled by default.
iDRAC configuration is now completed. The iDRAC Web User Interface can now be reached with any supported browser (IE, Firefox, Chrome, Safari). In that case, the iDRAC responds on the IP "192.168.0.120."
Once the iDRAC IP is configured, you can access to the interface with a supported browser. Which username and password used are explained in the article What is the default password for iDRAC?
Data can also be displayed on an Android device in real time as bright color pseudosections, IP curves, transmitter/receiver plot, contact resistance measurements, and more.
The internal SuperSting memory can store more than 79,000 measurements (resistivity mode) and more than 26,000 measurements in combined resistivity/IP mode.

Tripp Lite’s B070-008-19-IP KVM Switch gives you a rack-mountable full keyboard, LCD and touchpad in a single console that occupies only 1U of rack space. Easy to install and use, it’s the optimal solution for controlling up to 8 computers/servers locally, from across the room, down the street or halfway around the globe on a LAN, WAN or Internet.
The B070-008-19-IP uses inexpensive, user-supplied Cat5e/6/6a cabling with Server Interface Units so you can control computers/servers located up to 100 ft. away from the switch. This switch features two 10/100 Mbps LAN ports, so if one fails, the other takes over, keeping remote access uninterrupted. Users can switch easily between the 8 ports using an on-screen display (OSD). Multi-level password protection prohibits unauthorized users from accessing the connected computers, and a local user and a remote user can be logged on simultaneously. The built-in 19“ LCD screen supports video resolutions up to 1366 x 768.
Two serial ports allow control of serial-manageable devices such as IP PDUs, firewalls and routers; you can assign individual ports to an IP PDU port to power on/off the server connected to that port. The B070-008-19-IP stores neatly in a rack drawer and pulls out when needed. This KVM console is compatible with both Windows and Linux operating systems, and provides remote access using a Windows computer. Heavy-duty steel housing stands up to frequent use. Complies with the Federal Trade Agreements Act (TAA) for GSA Schedule purchases.
Free NetCommander-AXS Management Software is available for access and control of all of your Tripp Lite NetCommander IP KVM switches (B070 and B072 series). From a single interface, you can access server ports on any of your KVM switches, power cycle or power on/off outlets of IP PDU"s, and manage KVM settings. This software can be found on the model support page of the B070-008-19-IP, or via searching NetCommander-AXS on tripplite.eaton.com
This NetDirector® DisplayPort KVM switch combines a rack-mountable keyboard, 17-inch LCD, touchpad, built-in IP remote access and eight DisplayPort inputs into a compact housing that occupies only 1U of rack space. Control, boot and reboot up to eight DisplayPort computers or servers at the same time remotely 24/7. No adapters are needed for connecting DisplayPort-enabled equipment.
From across the room, down the street or halfway around the globe, you can access and control up to eight connected computers or servers from any computer via LAN, WAN or Internet. Easy to install and use, the B030-DP08-17DIP lets you handle complex problems without needing to be on-site, which saves money and time. It supports IPv4, IPv6, Link Local IPv6 Address and IPv6 Stateless Auto configuration protocols. You may set the IP address manually or have it automatically assigned via DHCP server (the default method). AP Windows- and Java non-browser client applications allow the KVM switch to be remotely accessed via the network without a browser.
All connected DisplayPort computers or servers share a single monitor, keyboard and mouse, which saves space in your rack or workspace. DDC emulation allows each computer’s settings to adjust automatically for optimal screen output. Eliminating the cost of buying monitors, adapters, keyboards and mice for all eight connected devices keeps your TCO (total cost of ownership) low.
The dual-rail B030-DP08-17DIP supports high-definition video resolutions up to 1920 x 1080 (1080p) at 60 Hz. The wide display flips up to provide access to connected computers, making multitasking easier and more convenient, and folds down to prevent the console from blocking adjacent rack equipment when not in use. The LCD and the keyboard/touchpad are on separate rails, so the LCD can remain open while the keyboard/touchpad is stored out of the way, keeping the rack aisle clear.
Use the on-console push buttons, keyboard hotkey commands or multi-lingual local console On-Screen Display (OSD) to quickly toggle between connected computers. You can also use the Auto Scan feature to scan all connected computers in five-second intervals automatically. Orange LEDs indicate which computer is currently selected. Computers or servers can be quickly added or removed without having to power down the KVM switch. Also features a USB 1.1 hub port on the front of the console for the connection of a USB peripheral device such as a flash drive or external mouse.
The B030-DP08-17DIP offers three levels of password protection (super administrator, administrator and user) to prevent unauthorized persons from gaining access to connected servers/computers. Up to 64 users can be authorized and 32 remote users logged on concurrently. Remote authentication support is provided via RADIUS, LDAP, LDAPS and MS Active Directory. The B030-DP08-17DIP also incorporates advanced encryption technologies: 56-bit DES, 168-bit 3DES, 256-bit AES, 128-bit RC4, 128-bit SSL and 1024-bit RSA.
This DisplayPort KVM switch mounts easily into 1U of space in an EIA-standard 19-inch rack with the included brackets (Tripp Lite’s optional B019-000 – sold separately – allows mounting in a 2-post rack). The B030-DP08-17DIP is compatible with all major operating systems, including Windows and macOS, for simple integration into your existing structure. Mac/Sun keyboard emulation also is supported. The RJ11 port allows you to upgrade the KVM switch’s firmware using the included cable.
The B030-DP08-17DIP is compliant with the Federal Trade Agreements Act (TAA), which makes it eligible for GSA (General Services Administration) Schedule and other federal procurement contracts.
Featuring a space-saving, streamlined approach to KVM switching technology by integrating an LCD panel, full keyboard, and touchpad into a 1U rack-mountable sliding housing.
