A1: Our factory, warehouse, sales office are in Shenzhen. Office and warehouse are located at Huaqiang North. Warehouse receive screens from factory, install small parts, do packgaing and arrange delivery according to sales office"s order instruction.

A3: We offer at least 12 months warranty, for old customers we provide lifetime warranty. Defective screens should be sent to our warehouse in Hong Kong, then we will arrange new screens shipment to replace. Artificially causing the LCD and IC to damage is not within the scope of after-sales.
