Just recently one bike gives me a problem which I don"t know yet how to resolve, during normal cycling it may suddenly stop to assist further suport. Display blanks and I have to restart to regain support..

I opened up the compartment housing the controller to discover a Chinese Mash of wiring, but no signs of overheating or poor contacts. Tried to duplicate the problem of loosing display by pulling wires and connectors. No result.

With any new eBike, the battery can take time to synchronize with the display panel. If your display does not show 100% after a full charge, we recommend riding the bicycle until the battery is completely drained, then giving it a full charge overnight. It might take a few rides to get the battery fully drained, which is ok. Repeat this process a few times and the issue will be resolved.

I ride an Aurora Ltd. Evelo has excellent tech help on their bikes. Why try to sort it out here with such helpful people at Evelo ready to help? WIth their 20,000 mile/four year warranty just call them and they will send a replacement display if they can"t sort it out with a setting adjustment.

My Display battery level read out did not agree with the light bars on the battery itself so they sent me a new one. Easy replacement involving two mounting screws and plugging in the new display just below the handlebars, 5 minute job.
