aorus 3080 lcd screen not working quotation

Hello, I have a fault with the RGB Fusion software. When I load it up all I see is what you can see in the screen shot. Because of this (I think), the small screen on my GPU doesn"t display anything correctly. Right now all I can see are gifs of the hawk thing on repeat but I want to be able to see my FPS and GPU Temp. I have attempted to uninstall the RGB Fusion software and reinstall it but I get the exact same screen.

I"m having a precision 7530 with i7-8850H and NVIDIA Quadro P2000 and using ubuntu 18.04. Now after some time the external monitor connected over displayport (displayport to hdmi cable, where the displayport goes into the laptop and the hdmi cable into the monitor) stopped working. I"m using this workstation at work with the TB18DC dock, where 2 external monitors are connected and work properly. But at home I do not have any dock and with the setup mentioned above the external monitor stopped working. It did work some months ago. During the time it worked and now I have done normal ubuntu software updates where also the bios-firmware has been updated to 1.5.2 (i"m not sure what version I"ve had before, was the first time I updated firmware after bought, so maybe 1.0.7?).

Okey so first of, I recently got a new GPU (6950XT) and everything worked kinda fine except the pc froze with a white screen a couple of times a day, but only for a minute or two, then yesterday it froze without the white screen and then it crashed completely. When I tried to restart it the screen was just black and the keyboard won"t light up. I tried different usb ports and I reseted BIOS a couple of times and also used Q-Flash. Now the pc just boots up (without anything on the screen) for like 2 minutes and then restarts. The keyboard also won"t light up, I"ve tried it on another pc and it works.
