ASUS LCD monitor can support power specification: AC 100-240V. As long as within this voltage range, the display can work properly. You HAVE TO install display driver before you connect MB165B/MB168B/MB169B+ to your PC/Laptop’s USB port, otherwise, your USB Monitor will not display anything prior to driver installation. You may also need to restart your Windows after driver installation, to properly activate MB165B.

If the display problem is still existing in the BIOS configuration, which means the screen hardware may be defective, and we recommend you visit the ASUS authorized repair center to test your laptop.
