,I recently had an accident with my one plus and the screen cracked and had taken it to the authorized service in bangalore for repair, at the same time a friend of mine also had his phone put for service because of water damage.. as his main board is gone and the service is too expensive he is not going ahead with the service but the service center guys stated that the screen is fine, my friend is willing to give his screen but the service center people are unwilling to replace it as they need confirmation from one plus in order to replace screens. i would appreciate it if you guys could let this happen cause the screen replacement is very high 50% of the phone value to put things into perspective.
