The duke 125, Is a bike for people who wants to own a ktm but is not much interested in the potential performance associated with the brand.Hats off to looks because it is one of the best looking bikes out there.Mileage is something not to worry about because i get almost 38kmpl even in the city.Overall very comfortable and smooth to drive.Price was a concern but its overall performance cancels that out i feel like.125 is enough power as a daily driver.I haven’t felt that the bike needs anymore power with such an efficiently tuned engine.

Hansraj Hulaschand & Co. Pvt. Ltd., the authorized distributor of KTM bikes in Nepal, currently offers seven KTM models in Nepal. It comes packed with an aggressive style, power-packed performance, and segment-winning performance.
Comparing the KTM premium portfolio, KTM Duke 200 is the most affordable KTM bike in Nepal. Similarly, KTM Adventure 390 is the most expensive KTM bike in Nepal.
KTM Duke 200 BS6 is powered by a 199.5cc Single Cylinder, 4-stroke, 4-valve, Liquid-Cooled FI engine. It can generate amax power of 25PS at 10000rpm and a max torque of 19.3 Nm at 8000rpm.
Inspired by the Duke 250 BS6, the KTM 200 features a more aggressive design and a more sporty paint scheme. However, the performance figures remain unchanged.
Both Duke 200 and NS 200 packs in superior performance in the 200cc segment. However, KTM Duke 200 takes a marginal lead with 1.5PS more power and 1Nm more torque.
KTM Duke 250 is powered by a 248.8cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled DOHC FI engine. It can generate a max power of 29.91PS at 9000rpm and a max torque of 24Nm at 7500rpm.
Even though KTM Duke offers a marginally better experience, the competition does almost the same at a much lesser price. Nonetheless, KTM Duke 250 still comes out on top offering better hardware and features.
However, Husqvarna Vitpilen 250 and Husqvarna Svartpilen 250 are also powered by the same 250cc engine. Theoretically, riders do have an option to choose KTM performance at a much lesser price.
KTM Duke 390 is powered by a 373.2cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled DOHC FI engine. It can generate a max power of 43.5 PS at 9000rpm and a max torque of 37Nm at 7000rpm.
KTM RC 200 BS6 is powered by a 199.5cc Single Cylinder, 4-stroke, 4-valve, Liquid-Cooled FI engine. It can generate a max power of 25PS at 10000rpm and a max torque of 19.3 Nm at 8000rpm.
However, Suzuki Gixxer SF 250 comes out on top with marginally better performance thanks to the lack of a 250cc engine in KTM RC. Plus, the comparatively lower price in SF 250 is another great selling point.
KTM Duke 390 is powered by a 373.2cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled DOHC FI engine. It can generate a max power of 43.5PS at 9000rpm and a max torque of 37Nm at 7000rpm.
In this specific instance, KTM RC 390 comes out on top with a good deal. It offers more power with a sportier feel. Plus, the Apache RR 310 doesn’t stand a chance until and unless it brings out the BS6-compliant engine into the mix.
KTM Adventure 250 is powered by a 248.8cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled DOHC FI engine. It can generate amax power of 30PS at 9000rpm and a max torque of 24Nm at 7500rpm.
Adventure 250 comes with the Duke 250 engine in a new adventure-ready styling. Additionally, it will mimic the overall design of the KTM 390 Adventure but misses out on a few features available there.
The KTM 250 Adventure is expected to further grow the (KTM Adventure) franchise by encouraging customers to take their first step into the world of adventure biking.
KTM 390 Adventure is powered by a 373.2cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, 4-valve, Fuel-Injected engine. It can generate a max power of 44PS at 9000rpm and 37Nm at 7000rpm.
While the KTM 390 Adventure boasts excellent hardware and superior performance, it still isn’t a match for the flexibility and practicality offered by the Royal Enfield Himalayan.
Most importantly, these are excellent motorcycles with top-quality hardware and eye-catching looks. While the pricing does fall on the higher side, it is justifiable given the iconic KTM legacy.

The much anticipated 790 Adventure is powered by KTM’s new-generation LC8c 799cc in-line twin-engine with 70kW of power (95hp) and weighing in at only 189kg.
Instruments are in a 5-inch TFT display with a wide range of configurable information. The display varies according to light and the rev counter blinks to indicate when to shift.
KTM Australia has also confirmed ride-away pricing for the rest of their 2019 adventure range: 1090 Adventure R $24,295, 1290 Super Adventure Super Adventure S $28,395 and 1290 Super Adventure R $29,195.

If you are looking for a pint-sized adventure-bike, and the BMW G310GS doesn’t slick your hair back, then the KTM 390 Adventure is surely something you have been following.
A $400 premium over the BMW, the KTM marketing team promises a bit more off-road capability from its 373cc motorcycle, though one has to be reserved with their expectations with the budget-focused 390 line.
That being said, you don’t have to swing a leg over the KTM to see that you are getting more features for your dollar though when compared to the BMW, especially as the KTM 390 Adventure boasts IMU-powered traction control and cornering ABS.
More power, more torque, more features, and a similar weight…all for $400 more – that makes the KTM 390 Adventure an intriguing offer for American riders, though we still think the KTM 790 Adventure hits the sweet spot on the price per performance scale.

Adventure Cycle Philippines Inc. (ACPI), a company belonging to the Ayala Group of Companies has been the exclusive distributor of KTM motorcyclesin the Philippines. They also built an assembly plant in Santa Rosa, Laguna for their smaller displacement motorcycles which is what’s been keeping the prices of the Duke range very affordable. This is the reason why we’ve been seeing a lot more KTM motorcycles on the road, like the Duke, and the track oriented RC range.
The Duke range is KTM’s naked street-oriented motorcycle. Its handlebars are positioned in such a way to give you a more relaxed stance. The smaller displacement 200 Dukeis powered by a 200 cc single-cylinder DOHC four-stroke engine capable of churning out 25 hp and 20 Nm of torque with a ride-by-wire throttle. It’s mated to a 6-speed manual transmission with slipper clutch and comes standard with ABS. It comes in 3 color options, orange, white and black. It is now priced at P150,000.
Meanwhile, the 390 Dukehas a more updated design of its frame and body compared to the 200 Duke. Known as the “Corner Rocket”, it now sports a new TFT color display, giving you all the essential info you need for your ride. It is powered by a 373 cc engine with a power output of 43 hp and 37 Nm of torque with a ride-by-wire throttle. It’s mated to a 6-speed transmission with a slipper clutch and also comes standard with ABS. One of the new features is the “Supermoto” riding mode which disengages the ABS on the rear brakes allowing you to practice your rear wheel drifting skills for cornering fun, that’s if you’re up for the challenge. The KTM 390 Duke comes in two colors, white and orange and is priced at P289,000.
The RC range, on the other hand, is KTM’s more track-oriented fully-faired small sportbike. The RC 200basically has the same engine configuration as the Duke 200 but with a more aggressive stance with its clip-on handlebars for that crotch-rocket feel. It is priced at P162,000 and is available only in a white & orange color option.

The last item on the list is the My Ride device, which essentially makes the TFT display compatible with Bluetooth. The device allows you to tether your smartphone to the display and gives you command over incoming calls and media. The price for this add-on system, though, is yet to be revealed.
