joytech ps2 8 lcd screen for sale

It s the size of the slim ps2 it screws into the back so it stays connected even during movement, it has video out still so you don’t need to discount to display to tv (and it can display on tv while the screen is still on so you have 2 screens (for what idk but have at it lol)

I"ve compared similar items from what I could find on the Internet. I looked at screens by Mojoplay and Pelican before deciding on this Joytech model. I have a newer PS2 that doesn"t have the screw holes in the back to secure the screen. I heard Joytech has something I could use but so far haven"t found any. This screen is definitly the best for the money. I ordered it new at full price. The one I received was priviously owned with scratches all over it. Everything was included and came in its origional box. It worked great and there were no dead pixels. I just expected to get it new since that"s what I entered in my selection. If I wanted it used, I would have made my selection as such and payed a lower price. This was my first purchase on Amazon so guess I leared something about how this site works. Overall, I"m satisfied.

FeaturesExclusively for use with the "Slim-line" PStwo console, the new 8inch Digital LCD Monitor allows you to play your DVDs or PS2 games on the go! Featuring an impressive 8inch TFT display, in-built Stereo Speakers, SRS 3D Surround Sound and even a Remote Control. An In-Car Adaptor is included in pack and powers both console and Monitor.

When i was looking at ebay yesterday, i came across lots of portable monitors from 5" to 15" and a fair chunk of them had composite connectors, the others had HDMI or VGA. But you can get converters for such connections if necessary. Besides, the PS2"s composite image isn"t bad.
I picked up a 7" Goodmans in-car DVD screen a couple of years back just for the sake of having one (it was only €5 so it seemed silly not to buy). I"ve just dug it out to try it and it"s fine: No lag, decent picture, the sound was crackly through the speakers but better through headhones.
Also TFT screens (like the Joytech"s) aren"t as good as LCD screens (like in-car DVD screens): They require more power and have poor visibility in sunlight and at off-centre viewing angles. Do what you want but you"ll save yourself money and headaches going for a non-dedicated screen.
Actually something hit me. I used to have a 26" Samsung LCD TV that I played PS3 on that had a component hookup. Samsung LCDs back in the day had a LARGE amount of connection options. So I think I"m just going to shop for a small samsung LCD TV. Maybe between 10" - 24". I think the PS2 will look pretty good on that.
