The product arrive defective. The installation instructions included are a joke. I had to pull up a comprehensive 40 minute video from youtube to get me through it, otherwise the 1 page instruction included with this product would have been completely useless. So after the installation, I booted up the device and it seems to work ok. So i immediately put on a brand new tempered glass protector as well. However, I didn"t look close enough and I didn"t notice one row of icons had its description words shaking and blinking ever so slightly. I only noticed this after I rebooted my iphone a second time. And after 5 minutes of use, I noticed that the entire bottom half of the screen started to shake violently and 1 minute after that, the screen went completely black. At that point, I had no way to shut the phone off or anything. There is probably a serious quality control issue with this product. those who gave 5 stars are probably the lucky ones who got good screens and those of us who aren"t so lucky got bad ones. I really hope the seller isn"t recycling the bad ones and reselling them. that would be completely awful.

Amazon did what they could since this is not sold by them so all they could do is refund this order and asked me to repurchase this product again in hopes that the 2nd screen works out better. which is exactly what i did so I hope the 2nd screen works. A HUGE problem with this solution though is that it leaves me without a functioning cell phone for a couple of days while I"m waiting for the replacement screen to arrive. Amazon couldn"t even offer free overnight shipping because the selling does not offer it. Also, I completely wasted my tempered glass protector as well because I thought the installation went smoothly, that is a mistake I will NEVER make again. Next time i will fully test the 2nd replacement screen before I put the tempered glass protector on.

I will update this review with a higher score if the 2nd replacement screen works. So far, I am unimpressed with this product and my shopping experience with Amazon. This is the first time I am not satisfied with the resolution from amazon, I am very disappointed.

So my 2nd screen arrived and it appears to be working although I can tell the resolution isn"t as good as the factory OEM screen. also, this screen does not sit flush with the phone like the original OEM screen. I feel the manufacturer should note this in their production description as well as the seller. maybe amazon can do this so that future buyers will know for sure. I am going to test this screen some more and report back if any other issues arise as I cann"t tell how long this screen will last. the first screen only lasted minutes before blinking out on me. I bumped the score up to 3 stars from 1.
