Do you need to have a gif running on your AIO while it cools your CPU? Heck no. While it may do the same thing as every other AIO at x2-3 the cost, it is the only one on the market that I am aware of that allows you to easily add a gif or image to the front of your AIO so that your PC build feels that much more custom and personable.
