The screen I ordered was not new but it was functional. They advertise as new but products are used. Mine has scratches and fingerprints on the screen in the not factory labeled “factory sealed” box. Sent message to seller who suggested I remove the plastic film from the screen as it may cause it to look scratched as if I’m an idiot.
