This is a general OLED display Module, 1.5inch diagonal, 128x128 pixels, 16 gray scale, with embedded controller, communicating via SPI or I2C interface.

This mono 128x128 graphic oled screen sizes is 1.5 inch in diagonal. This 1.5 inch oled display is passive matrix micro OLED display. The controller IC is SSD1327Z, 1.5’’ oled screen supports Parallel, SPI, I2C interface.

MLD150-128128C is the full color 1.5 inch graphic oled display, it is with 128RGBx128 dots. The 1.5’’ color oled is SSD1352 controller IC, Parallel/SPI interface.

The1.5 oled is a COG structure OLED panel, oled could be emitting light by itself, no need for backlight, So the power required to run the OLED is low, and is why the display has such high contrast, extremely wide viewing angle and operating temperature.

OLED 1.5’’ MLD150-128128, MLD154-12864 and MLD150-128128C module can be operating at temperatures from -40℃ to +80℃, storage temperatures is from -40℃ to +85℃.
