Measuring the inches on your LCD television is done by measuring the diagonal distance between for example the upper left corner and the lower right corner of the screen (not the edge). One inch equals 2,54 centimeter, so when you measure 99 centimeter, this means your LCD television is 39 inches.

I have this problem. Dynex turns on, stays on for about 45 seconds, screen goes black, sound stays on. I don"t see any lights in the back panel and I don"t see anything with the flashlight test. Would this still be the inverter?

Hi, sorry to post on an old topic but I have been working through the same process and am out of ideas on how to proceed; i have a dynex dx-46L150A11 that has black screen with sound, flashlight test showed the menu so i assumed it was inverter board failure. I ordered a replacement and installed it without issue but the problem persists. I got out my multimeter and checked the voltages going to the inverter board which all seem normal and no change from when the backlight is on momentarily and when it switches off. Checking elsewhere i noticed there is no 32v going to the main board but it is the same when the backlight is on. Any recommendations on where to look next?
