Reason: The hooks on the backight of ER-TFT032-3.1 is always complained by most customers for inconvenient assembly. So we cancel the hooks in the new version of ER-TFT032-3.2.That"s the only difference for these two versions.
ER-TFT032-3.2 is 240x320 dots 3.2" color tft lcd module display with ILI9341 controller and optional 4-wire resistive touch panel and 3.2 inch capactive touch panel with controller FT6236,superior display quality, super wide viewing angle and easily controlled by MCU such as 8051, PIC, AVR, ARDUINO ARM and Raspberry PI.It can be used in any embedded systems, industrial device, security and hand-held equipment which requires display in high quality and colorful image. It supports 8080 8/16-bit parallel,3/4-wire serial interface. FPC with zif connector is easily to assemble or remove.Lanscape mode is also available.
Of course, we wouldn"t just leave you with a datasheet and a "good luck!".Here is the link for 3.2"TFT Touch Shield with Libraries, Examples.Schematic Diagram for Arduino Due,Mega 2560 and Uno . For 8051 microcontroller user,we prepared the detailed tutorial such as interfacing, demo code and development kit at the bottom of this page.
I am working on a project and the 3d printed case requires a 2.2" display. I purchased this display to directly solder to a Teensy 3.6. Do I attach the VCC to the VIN or can I solder it to 3.3v since it requires 3.3v? The Teensy will be connected and powered through a Pi3 USB port. The picture attached shows the VCC attached to the VIN but that can be changed. Does the LED still require the resistor and does that solder to the VIN as well? I am still learning about the Teensy 3.6 and just want to make sure I do not have to do anything with the pads connecting the VIN and VUSB.
The SPI is bit bashed in pasm (cog). Currently no delays. No QSPI. There are 8 & 16 bit parallel alternatives to these displays but I opted for the SPI. So far, I am not using miso ie not reading from the lcd.
I have been looking at scrolling but it seems I can only achieve horizontal because I’ve flipped the display to 480x320 w-h. Will have to ultimately do it in code. Project for another day.
2.4 "TFT LCD display with bright backlight (4 LEDs) with a resolution of 240x320 pixels. The display is equipped with a resistive touch panel. The display has a built-in controller with image memory. The display can be controlled in two modes: 8-bit (8 data lines + 5 control lines) parallel and SPI. The display is not equipped with a touch panel controller.
