I ran the Apple Diagnostics and I got the code ADP000 which when checking means that no issues were found. What do I do from here?

Hi, so I recently purchased a MacBook Pro M1 a couple months ago and have been using it everyday. I don't use the laptop with harsh treatment as it just sits on my desk while I do my work. Over the last few weeks I have seen white spots appearing in the lower half of the screen (a new one appears every week or so)... I am beginning to get concerned... What should I do?
So the white spots appear on ANYTHING thing at any moment. They are to do with the hardware. To clean the screen I use a damp microfibre cloth and I lightly clean the display and then I use a dry microfibre cloth afterwards. I don't treat this mac with any hard treatment. The only thing I can find is that it is caused from manufacturing error or pressure on the layers of the display. I have no dents and nothing has been hit so it can't be pressure.

That is what I feel that it is... when there is pressure on the backlight it shines through the layers. This can also be caused by the glue when the laptop is being manufactured.
