When I was looking for a 32" to 36" tv, I chose this for the price not knowing how well the picture quality or reliability would stand. Approximately a week and a half of using the tv, the power supply board had failed, thus shutting down the tv and unable to use it for a while. Looked on the back of the tv and it was manufactured 1 year ago to the month so any warranties are past due and up to me to fix it or throw away the $175 investment. eBay does have suppliers of spare parts and was able to replace the faulty board for around $45. I probably won"t go this route for choosing a tv again if there is a chance of this happening again.
