I purchased a new display for my rocket 26 inch bicycle, it took a little while to receive the new display but actually arrived a few days early. I plugged the new display in and I immediately got an error code 10. I sent an email to the service department at Ecotric and it took them at least 5 days to respond to my message. Their message back to me was they could not help me, because they do not do Returns on accessories,. The display is not an accessory the bicycle will not run without the display!. I understand if I wanted to return a helmet or a basket there would be no return on that. I"m very displeased with the company for not backing up their equipment that they sent me. Their response was that the error code 10 was a motor problem. I have seen this area code before and it"s related to a defective display, and maybe a motor problem. But I have had experience with this error code, error code 10, and the last supplier that I purchased the display from that gave this error code, gladly and quickly replaceed the display. The new display that was sent by the other company immediately fixed the problem there was no problem with the motor. Ecotric does not want to back up their equipment and I"m very disappointed with them and I welcome the opportunity to let people know that Ecotric does not back up their product. Up until this point I am very happy with the echo trick product in relation to the bicycle that I bought for them. The service after the sale is slow and does not help me with a problem I have by not backing up their product

After having the scooter for 2months, it hasn’t broken down, no punctures, still flat packs. Charged well and lasts a good day using it. Recommend great scooter.

Have had this scooter for around 3 weeks, so far it"s been brilliant, delivery was quick. Seems to be a very robust scooter the battery life is good and it will take me up small hills and has stood up to some rough paths. So far I love it.

I ordered it on the 28th of November it came on the 30th(my birthday)it was meant to come the day before but there was a delay in the delivery. I love it nothing is wrong with it except the speed, on the app it says the limit is 60mph but it mcan only go 19mph i want to ride on the rod where cars are going 30mph but i cant becasue i only go 19 if that could be changed to like 35 that would be amazing.

Have had this scooter for a couple of weeks now. It rides well with the solid tires and has enough power to get me (190lbs) up to 19mph. Range seems good but have not run out the battery to determine the full range available. For this price point it"s a great buy!

I was skeptical about purchasing this scooter because of my weight. I was clearly wrong. This is a well built device and very easy to handle. Looking forward to enjoying it for years to come.

The scooter easily reaches speeds of 25-30 km/h and the battery has a good life span. Unfortunately, the lack of shock absorbers makes the scooter very dangerous in case of potholes in the city or slightly bumpy roads. They should be added or provided to customers

So far so good. We purchased two M365 Pro ES80 scooters for our kids for Christmas, and so far, after 2 days, things are working well. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because the disc brake is fairly loud and squeaky.

This scooter is awesome. It’s fast and gets up to speed very quick with me on it at 220lbs. Steers great, tracks great, tires very grippy. Can really lean in to turns without breaking the tires loose. Having way too much fun on this scooter for a grown man lol. I got two since the price was so good.
