I am a fully qualified electronic and electrical engineer with 30 years hands on experience in electronic repairs to component level in surface mount and through-hole electronic devices.

I will undercut any like for like quote you receive. I will also be offering a same day service as well as a drive away service (Drive to me, remove your dash, I can drop you in town so you can shop and get a coffee, and when your cluster is repaired I will call and collect you, you refit your cluster and away you go), I can help with the removal and refitting of your cluster.

Usual Service : is to send your cluster to me, I will repair your cluster and ship it back to you the next day, this is the cheapest method as the carrier costs are less, i.e you send it Monday, I receive it Tuesday, ship it back to you Wednesday and you receive your repaired Cluster Thursday

SameDay repairs : I must receive your cluster by 1pm at the latest, you can do this by using Royal Mail Special delivery before 1pm service or by specifying with a carrier a pre 1pm delivery. Your cluster will be repaired and shipped back to you the same day, this saves one day on the above service

Whilst you wait : You drive to me in Cirencester in Gloucestershire, you remove your cluster, I can then run you into town (or if you like walking its about 15mins walk) so you can shop and get a coffee in the Historic Roman town of Cirencester, I will work on your cluster and call you when its been repaired, I can then collect you and you can refit your cluster. Dont worry if you do not know how to remove and refit your cluster, I can help you.

A huge thank you to Clusters Repairs. They saved me almost 1100£. My Fiat 500 speedo pod completely died a few weeks ago. Contacted Cluster repairs uk about a knackered LCD on my Audi TT Mk2 dashboard. Booked in on an online form and sent part in to the Essex office. After 2 days they contacted me for payment over the phone. Total bill was £170 (which was £800 cheaper than main dealer and £400 cheaper then my mechanic. Speedo now back in the car and central LCD looking as good as new.

Send a ford focus mk2 dashboard in for repairs as faulty. Brilliant customer service from start to finish. I was quoted £129 but my unit had been heavily tampered with so it cost more than the quoted amount to repair although still very happy with their service as I got a call to tell me this before just proceeding with it. They even sent the old parts back to me just to show that they was faulty. If I have another faulty component I will definitely be using these guys again highly recommend.

Absolutely brilliant. Took my Clio to 4 different garages before I found Cluster Repairs UK. On 3 different times it was sent off to different repairers (not naming any names) As soon as I visited the 4th garage the highly recommended Cluster repairs UK in North London.I was first impressed as on the phone they knew exactly the problem I had and quoted me £156 for the repairs to my speedo head. I called on Tuesday to check progress and wa stold that day 1 was monday and it would be ready between 1-5 days . Explained my misunderstand and guy told me he would speak with workshop as my MOT was due following week. Wed Afternoon got a call, paid the money cluster arrived my house Thursday morning. This is just wrong. The customer sent us a part fully destroyed by himself. He expected us to charge him the same price as any normal repair. We state everywhere we do not repair tampered units and if the unit is found to have been tampered with there will be delays and the cost can be more.

We offered the customer a replacement unit full coded and he declined. He wanted to only pay the repair amount, no matter what. We are fully transparent about all our diagnostic and test fee charges.

Could not ask for a better service. They received my dashboard on Friday lunchtime. Monday mot by 10.30am I had a email saying the dash had been completed, rebuilt and was on its way back to me. Cannot fault the customer service and speed! The gentleman on the phone was polite and very helpful in advising me what steps I should take. Thankyou Cluster repairs.

Sent a fiat 5oo display unit to be repaired on th promise of a three day turnaround,it took nearly three weeks to get the unit back,when I questioned why it took so long they told me that the workshop was under refurbishment. Two months later the unit was showing the same fault,when I called about the warranty I was told that the workshop was being refurbished and I would have to wait two and a half weeks for the unit to be fixed. How many times is the workshop going to be refurbished? Or is this there stock answer to everyone when they get it wrong? To belive a customer can be without there car for this amount of time when they have paid good money for the repair is beyond me

This is an absolute total fabrication. 3 weeks on a repair? Our turnaround is from 24 hours to 3 days. We have never closed our offices for refurbishments? If an item cannot be repaired or fails within the warranty period we refund in full per our terms and conditions found on our site. Please ignore this blatant fabrication with the agenda to defame a company.

I do not understand why some other reviews have been negative unless it was the reviewers attitude towards Cluster Repairs Ltd. From my experience with the company I have always found them to be polite and always answered my queries I put to them.

Unfortunately on this occasion the could not repair my instrument cluster and refunded, in full, the monies I paid to them with no quibble whatsoever. Yes I would recommend them

Part was received completely dead and was returned dead within 3 working days. Part was heavily tampered and rejected by us as we do not repair tampered units. You did not want to pay us our clearly advertised test/diagnostic fee and threatened us about leaving a review as you do not want to pay. You now have left us this fabricated review to defame us as much as you can.

Very poor communication. It took more that two weeks when they told me 1 to 3 days turn around. I got my cluster back with pixelated screen still after having been charged for full repair. These people aren"t professionals.

These guys are experts and I have to disagree with the previous reviews. I booked my Audi TT in, drove it to there unit in Waltham abbey and to be frank couldn"t be happier with the service. I arrived a little late, there was no complaint from them about this. The dash was removed perfectly, with no damage or any mess inside the car. Two hours later (after having a little lunch and smashing some balls on the driving range located 100 yards away) I was called to collect the car. The pixelated dash had been repaired perfectly and for 228.00 I couldn"t be more satisfied. I can see why they are considered to be about the best In the business. I was given an invoice, that states there is a 2 year warranty which is amazing considering the display is such a fragile thing and from what I understand is a fault that Audi know about. The highest recommendation I can give is that they are efficient, fairly priced and if the previous reviewers couldn"t get a response on the phone then I have no clue why. I called 4 times, and every time the phone was answered and the response was positive.

I sent my Audi A3 cluster unit to cluster repairs to see if they could fix it, they did that and I payed exactly what they quoted, A very polite and helpful company and very quick turnaround of unit, good company and would highly recommend them
