If you can"t be bothered to make your own XBox 360 laptop, you could just throw down for this add-on LCD screen. Only available in Japan as ever, the 12.1 inch 720p TFT hooks into the analogue RGB port.

This won"t let you go fully portable though. Both the XBox and the display still need to plugged in. Ben Heck"s homebrew version is certainly more impressive (and a lot lighter) but for the lazy and/or clumsy this is a much easier bet.
