The rider can access motorcycle and connectivity functions quickly with the BMW Motorrad multi-controller and the integrated approach. If the rider for example connects a smartphone and a helmet equipped with BMW Motorrad communication system using the TFT display, he can access the media playback and phone functions. These phone and media functions can be used without having to install an app.

If a Bluetooth connection has been established with any standard smartphone, the rider can enjoy listening to music while riding. The rider can see all his smartphone contacts in the TFT display and can select and call contacts using the multi-controller. If there is an incoming call while on the road, the rider can quickly take or reject the call with a single tip of the controller.

The MXP TFT 6" wide colour Dash Logger is fully configurable and suitable for many different Motorsports. It has been designed to acquire and display data coming from the ECU. The internal accelerometer and GYRO, GPS Module (included in the kit), analogue/digital inputs and predefined math channels. Performance and data acquired can also be incremented by adding up to eight expansion modules.

With a high contrast 6" TFT display which is fully configurable. You can create and customise pages/displays to suit your requirements. Swapping pages can be managed by pushing on or two pushbuttons.

The provided display driver example code is designed to work with Microchip, however it is generic enough to work with other micro-controllers. The code includes display reset sequence, initialization and example PutPixel() function.
