It is with widely accept major complaint replacements for original parts, which keeps a right balance between price and quality. It has sustainable supplying chain in China, and all the components of the screen are copy quality. Typically, the LCD screen is from several different factories, the most popular 4 on China market are JK,AUO, LongTeng, and ShenChao. By comparing the brightness and sharpness of the LCD, we found JK is the best quality among them and the second best is AUO. No doubt, the other components on the screen are all copy.

It is better than After Market Basic cause it comes with original laminated flexes and the LCD panel. Other components like touch panel, frame(hot pressed), backlight, polarize lens, and OCA is all copy from different factories.

The core components (like LCD and flexes) is 100% original pulled from used iPhone while the frame and touch panel is copy. The touch panel and frame come together with cold pressed glue and assembled together with the LCD by the capable third-party factory which keeps its excellent quality.

It is 100% original from Apple-authorized factories like Toshiba, Sharp, and LG. We get this kind of screen from the first level dealer. The touch panel of the screen is oleophobic coated which prevents from fingerprints when using your iPhone. And starting with iPhone 7g, the backlight from different authorized factories comes with a different code. Backlight from Sharp has the code begins with DKH/CON, from Toshiba begins with C11/F7C/FZQ, from LG begins with DTP/C3F.

Lcd screen not working? It can be difficult to diagnose the exact problem. Is it the LED Backlight Strip Screen Lighting Cable ? The backlight ? The lcd screen panel itself ? Any of these could be the issue.

Q:i have a BenQ 17"" lcd monitor, i think it has no HDCP, and i wanna connect my ps3 to it,the monitor just has one vga input, does"nt have dvi, what cable should i get, and i don"t want a simple solution please, i already know how to get the sound, so i just want the video part, thanks in advance :)

The only monitors that can be directely connected to a PS3 using a simple cable (no signal conversion) are those monitors equipped with either an HDMI port or an HDCP-compliant DVI port. If your monitor does not have either, you are out of luck. Sorry. And no, those component-to-VGA cables will NEVER work with the PS3.Q:Can someone give me a great or do you think the best brand or name of an Lcd monitor that I can plug my ps3?Lcd monitor that can support the resolution of the ps3 and can give a great graphics.thanks

The PS3"s HDMI port will basically artwork with sixteen:9 video show gadgets. in case you desire to apply 4:3 with the PS3, you would be compelled to apply its Analog Multiport, which defeats the objective of you spending all that funds on the PS3 interior the 1st place (for its complete HD 1080p HDMI features). Get a 1080p HDMI-equipped visual show unit in case you desire to take complete great component in regards to the PS3"s features. .Q:hi allIs there any LCD Monitor with 85MHZ Screen Refresh Rate ??what is the best LCD Monitor for my pc ? , i am planning to buy a new one, and i don"t care at all about price,,, just want it perfect clear with small pixels and max Refrest Rate,,,anyone can suggest some ?thanks alot in advace

I don"t think there is any that fast because lcd"s have a slow response time, meaning they can"t clear the pixels that fast anyway. However, since lcd"s are slow, you won"t see any flicker, but you will probably always see a little blur with fast movement in fast paced gaming.Q:I need help my monitor is a lcd my resolution is 1280x1024

LCD monitors typically just have 60Hz refresh rate, the actual rate that the image is refreshed while illumination from the backlight is constant. Because of the constant illumination, flicker is hardly noticeable. The conventional cathode lamp backlight actually flickers somewhat but at ~200Hz (beyond what can be perceived by human eye). It is the CRT monitors that usually have a wider range of refresh rate. At 1280x1024, a CRT monitor could have ~90Hz refresh rate.Q:i got a 19 gateway monitor but i just wanna know what the best settings are for the contrast and brightness ratio. So my eyes don"t hurt and so u can actually read stuff ? right now its 60/70 Please help me

The poster Blitzkrieg is one hundred% impressive in each way!! in the experience that your getting a 8800 gts you will definatly prefer to circulate with widescreen. All workstation video games help widecreen there is not any fussing with something you in basic terms set the determination in the interest your enjoying to tournament your workstation determination and there you circulate, and whether the interest doesnt help widescreen newer pics enjoying cards vehicle conform the image on your reveal screen so which you will in no way be conscious a differance. one extra difficulty all FPS"s and RTS"s and workstation video games for that count are designed and optimized for widescreen. in case you ever circulate to a working laptop or workstation interest experience i one hundred% assure you will not see one individual utilising something different than a widscreen reveal screen.Q:How can we physically differentiate between TFT monitors LCD Monitors ?

TFT and LCD are both family? They both display graphics but the significant difference is that TFT (acronym Tin Film Transistor) display can be viewed from any angel which u are standing but LCD (acronym Liquid crystalin Display) can not so it is there viewing angle.Q:I have a lcd computer monitor flatscreen that has a d-sub and dvi outputs and audio input. can i attach this to a normal dvd player and play dvds?thanks

You need a vga to aux in (red, white, yellow) cableQ:i have a fairly new LCD monitor i got it a year ago and im pretty sure its an HDMI monitor. i want to know what i have to buy and how to use those things to make my ps3 work with my monitor. (dont have a HD t.v )so please list the things i needor if you know a GOOD video explaining how to do it please sent me the link. but make sure it explains it good cuss im like semi-retarded when it comes to this stuff lol :P

Should be the backlight aging, resistance increases, as the boot event increases, the temperature rise, resistance decreases, so that it does not flash. To repair is to change the backlight, if the backlight all replaced, then about 500 yuan.Q:Do LCD monitors just die (go black) after a few years? My Dell UltraSharp went black the other day so I hook up my old CRT and it works fine. BTW - the 10 year old CRT looks better than the ultrasharp ever did. Not so sharp after all

I was a Dell certified technician for 4 years. The display is bad. If the video out is working then the graphics adapter on the mobo is fine. It might be a bad connection but the Mobo plug is held in place with 4 screws on most models so I really doubt it. You will need to look at your paperwork for warranty information. Most LCD displays from Dell have a limited 1 year warranty. Basically they will replace defective components but they will not pay for a display that burned out due to normal use or one that was damaged. Dell will offer to ship you a box that you will ship back to them and they will service the laptop for free if the system is under warranty but you will need to pay for the display. If you send your laptop to Dell expect not to have it for 6-8 weeks.

One of today’s modern technological wonders is the flat-panel liquid crystal display (LCD) screen, which is the key component we find inside televisions, computer monitors, smartphones, and an ever-proliferating range of gadgets that display information electronically. What most people don’t realize is how complex and sophisticated the manufacturing process is. The entire world’s supply is made within two time zones in East Asia. Unless, of course, the factory proposed by Foxconn for Wisconsin actually gets built.

Liquid crystal display (LCD) screens are manufactured by assembling a sandwich of two thin sheets of glass. On one of the sheets are transistor “cells” formed by first depositing a layer of indium tin oxide (ITO), an unusual metal alloy that you can actually see through. That’s how you can get electrical signals to the middle of a screen. Then you deposit a layer of silicon, followed by a process that builds millions of precisely shaped transistor parts. This patterning step is repeated to build up tiny little cells, one for each dot (known as a pixel) on the screen. Each step has to be precisely aligned to the previous one within a few microns.Remember, the average human hair is 40 microns in diameter.

On the other sheet of glass, you make an array of millions of red, green, and blue dots in a black matrix, called a color filter array (CFA).This is how you produce the colors when you shine light through it.Then you drop tiny amounts of liquid crystal material into the cells on the first sheet and glue the two sheets together. You have to align the two sheets so the colored dots sit right on top of the cells, and you can’t be off by more than a few microns in each direction anywhere on the sheet. The sandwich is next covered with special sheets of polarizing film, and the sheets are cut into individual “panels” – a term that is used to describe the subassembly that actually goes into a TV.

For the sake of efficiency, you would like to make as many panels on a sheet as possible, within the practical limitations of how big a sheet you can handle at a time. The first modern LCD Fabs built in the early 1990s made sheets the size of a single notebook computer screen, and the size grew over time. A Gen 5 sheet, from around 2003, is 1100 x 1300 mm, while a Gen 10.5 sheet is 2940 x 3370 mm (9.6 x 11 ft).The sheets of glass are only 0.5 - 0.7 mm thick or sometimes even thinner, so as you can imagine they are extremely fragile and can really only be handled by robots. The Hefei Gen 10.5 fab is designed to produce the panels for either eight 65 inch or six 75 inch TVs on a single mother glass. If you wanted to make 110 inch TVs, you could make two of them at a time.

The fab is enormous, 1.3 km from one end to the other, divided into three large buildings connected by bridges.LCD fabs are multi-story affairs. The main equipment floor is sandwiched between a ground floor that is filled with chemical pipelines, power distribution, and air handling equipment, and a third floor that also has a lot of air handling and other mechanical equipment. The main equipment floor has to provide a very stable environment with no vibrations, so an LCD fab typically uses far more structural steel in its construction than a typical skyscraper.I visited a Gen 5 fab in Taiwan in 2003, and the plant manager there told me they used three times as much structural steel as Taipei 101, which was the world’s tallest building from 2004- 2010.Since the equipment floor is usually one or two stories up, there are large loading docks on the outside of the building. When they bring the manufacturing equipment in, they load it onto a platform and hoist it with a crane on the outside of the building. That’s one way to recognize an LCD fab from the outside – loading docks on high floors that just open to the outdoors.

LCD fabs have to maintain strict standards of cleanliness inside.Any dust particles in the air could cause defects in the finished displays – tiny dark spots or uneven intensities on your screen. That means the air is passed through elaborate filtration systems and pushed downwards from the ceiling constantly.Workers have to wear special clean room protective clothing and scrub before entering to minimize dust particles or other contamination.People are the largest source of particles, from shedding dead skin cells, dust from cosmetic powders, or smoke particles exhaled from the lungs of workers who smoke.Clean rooms are rated by the number of particles per cubic meter of air.A class 100 cleanroom has less than 100 particles less than 0.3 microns in diameter per cubic meter of air, Class 10 has less than 10 particles, and so on. Fab 9 has hundeds of thousands of square meters of Class 100 cleanroom, and many critical areas like photolithography are Class 10.In comparison, the air in Harvard Square in Cambridge, MA is roughly Class 8,000,000, and probably gets substantially worse when an MBTA bus passes through.

The Hefei Gen 10.5 is one of the most sophisticated manufacturing plants in the world. On opening day for the fab, BOE shipped panels to Sony, Samsung Electronics, LG Electronics, Vizio, and Haier. So if you have a new 65 or 75-inch TV, there is some chance the LCD panel came from here.
