I"m using a full ATX motherboard so I (mistakenly) assumed that I"d have plenty of real estate to install this monster cooler. I was wrong. The orientation of the hoses on the pump end stick out enough to make orientation toward the RAM impossible; and integrated heat sinks on many (or most) boards above and to the left of the CPU will make orientation in that direction impossible. So you"re left with orienting them beneath the CPU. Okay fine. But then the issue is that the wires that control the pump lighting and speed exit on the right - and they used cables that have large enough cables and are stiff enough to push up against the adjacent RAM slots.

Finally - the directions. They"re pitiful. I"ve read in various places that you can go without using the USB wire - I have no idea if that"s accurate. I"ve also read that there may be some way to control as RGB via header - again - who knows. But for what this thing costs, it should be much easier to use with other integrations (iCUE or ASUS would be ideal). All in all - I"d return the thing if it weren"t such a PITB to install in the first place.
