Very true. One can always root and over clock your OP3 to get the SoC 821 effect. There will be a market for the OP3S. Somehow I suspect the OP3s will be a novelty phone like the OPX as I can"t see OP sticking to the 6" screen if it wants to make money. The other issue I have with OP is that it is increasingly a phone targeted at men, especially men with big hands! How is it going to succeed in a market where more than half the population is made up of females and the overwhelming majority of people have small to average sized hands? That"s partly why apple is so sucessful. OP could have stuck to a 5"-5.5" formula and reaped the benefits. This 6" novelty isn"t going to cut it, if it indeed happens.

I don"t think the problem is with the battery, as it does charge and show up on the LCD when plugging in, it just won"t power up. So my best guess is that the buttons are broken.
