Touch drivers can be installed onto a Windows Embedded system using either Direct Image Integration or Existing Operating System (Manual) Installation:Manual Installation: it may be possible to install the touch driver onto an existing Windows Embedded machine using the standard Windows driver installer. This requires a system with writable media and with write filters properly configured. The installer also requires several Windows components which might be missing on an embedded system.If you purchased a Windows Embedded system with a pre-installed operating system and the above requirements are met, choose this driver.

Direct Image Integration: the driver is integrated with the system image using Windows Embedded Studio or Image Configuration Editor tool set, then the system image is loaded onto the device. For example, HP My Display, HP Display Assistant, or PivotPro software is necessary for Auto Pivot monitors. Install this software from the installation CD that came with the monitor or download the software from your HP monitor"s support site.

Insert the TF Card to Raspberry Pi, connect the Raspberry Pi and LCD by HDMI cable; connect USB cable to one of the four USB ports of Raspberry Pi, and connect the other end of the USB cable to the USB port of the LCD; then supply power to Raspberry Pi; after that if the display and touch both are OK, it means drive successfully (please use the full 2A for power supply).

as mentioned, the enclosed directions aren"t all that great. under the 3 line paragraph marked "to use it as a touch screen for the R Pi, you may need:". here, it shows a picture of the enclosed FPC cable with the caption, "an fpc cable, to connect your R Pi to this touch screen". in their defense, there is another pic of a Pi (only) with 3 cables attached, with a caption, "to use it as a standard monitor..." wherein it indicates 3 cables are required including a note to connect the "5V+ Touch" to "your connected device".

off to youtube. i found a review of the lebula display on the first search, but is was completely useless. quite by accident, i discovered another video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_HUt6tRReEQ) for the UPerfect display but it appears to be exactly the same as this touch screen.

7) Connect the HDMI interface of the LCD to the HDMI port of Raspberry Pi and then power on the Raspberry Pi, it can display normally after waiting for about a few seconds.

The screen is displayed vertically by default. For convenience, you can adjust the display orientation of the screen, see #Rotation(Working with Raspberry Pi).

After the display is rotated, the position of touch is incorrect because the touch doesn’t change with the display angle. So the touch also needs to be modified.

In some special systems, when you cannot rotate by modifying the software, you can press and hold the "Rotate Touch" button for 5 seconds to rotate touch. And you may need to test multi times for the correct orientation.

We recommend using the software modification method. Otherwise, when using the new system, it may cause touch reverse errors. At that time, you need to press and hold "Rotate Touch" to rotate.

Note: If you increase the brightness, it may cause the insufficient power of the LCD by getting power through the USB interface. To solve this problem, you can input 5V/2A power through the Power interface on the back of the LCD.
