NLT TFT Colour LCD ModulesThe TFT Colour LCD Modules, from NLT Technologies (formerly NEC), are high quality displays designed for industrial use. With a long production lifetime, the TFT LCD modules are ideal for industrial applications which require a display to last. NLT’s TFT LCD modules are composed of the amorphous silicon thin film transistor liquid crystal display (a-So TFT LCD) panel structure with driver LSIs for driving the TFT array and backlight. The a-Si TFT LCD panel structure is injected liquid crystal material into a narrow gap between the TFT array glass substrate and a colour-filter glass substrate. The NLT series of TFT Colour LCD Modules have an LVDS interface and are supported by specific interface kits.
