Could be a couple of different things. First I would guess that the ribbons that connect to your tv are loose. They are usually held together by just glue. You could maybe try re gluing it, or putting a temporary fix with some tape. First u will need to remove the panel to the back of your tv. Before you do anything, try to put some pressure on it and see if the lines go away. I have also seen lines on tvs from someone dropping them, hitting them etc. any pressure on the screen can sometimes cause this. If thats the case, unfortunately it would be better to buy a new tv verus how much it would cost to fix it.
