AZ Displays continues to expand its product offering for the industrial and medical market. The newest IPS module, ATM1025L1-CT, is a unique wide aspect ratio IPS display that is designed to operate at -30 to 85 C. This LCD module has already received a lot of interest in the market for medical applications, time management systems, marine clusters, and several other designs. This 10.25″ display was designed with high performance in mind, with the following specifications:

In order for the LCD module to operate at extended temperatures, AZ Displays used premium polarizers and liquid crystal fluid to initiate the active matrix into operating with minimal latency at the low temperature end (-30 C), and high tolerance to warping and burning of the polarizer at extreme heat. This quality, along with high temperature rated IC’s and an option for optical bonding between LCD and touch screen make this module highly suitable for a wide array of applications and environments.

The Stealth model SAW-1700-PCT-USB is a 17″ All Weather LCD Monitor that is sunlight readable and ideal for use in indirect sunlight or high ambient light conditions. Designed for wide range temperature operation (-30C to +85C) typical applications would be for marine, industrial, security, kiosks, vehicles or outdoor displays as the LCD’s front panel is environmentally sealed to NEMA 4/IP65.

Stealth’s SAW-1700-PCT-USB features a front adjustable brightness control knob allowing for the LCD to be adjusted to low levels for night operation and a full 1600 nits for daytime bright sunlight conditions. Front controls also include picture-in-picture, night mode, video inputs, contrast etc.

Stealth’s 17″ All Weather LCD Display features Projected Capacitive (PCAP) Touchscreen, the same technology found in smart phones and tablets but equipped for your industrial or marine application. Using Projected Capacitive touchscreen technology (PCAP) allows for a modern user interface thereby making use of new and extended ways of user input and control. Gesture-based interactions by touching and pointing, with one finger or more, rotate, pinch to zoom and move objects on the display.

The SAW-1700-PCT-USB operates from 9 to 36VDC which makes it ideal for marine and in vehicle applications. Stealth’s 17″ wide range temperature LCD display features a wide range of video inputs that include dual VGA and DVI as well as 3 composite (NTSC) RCA input connectors.

Along with the Display feature, each device may have additional functions like: Alarming (visual and/or audible), Recording Data, Max/Min Memory, External Probes, and more!

LCD panel is an advanced glass product that has precise and specific orientation processing. If the panel is under tremendous pressure, the orientation of the panel may be disturbed and it is very difficult to return to the original state. If it is dropped on a floor or hit on a hard object, it is very easy to be cracked or broken.

b. When glass LCD panel is installed in the enclosure, you must be careful and not put excess pressure on the glass with your fingers. Otherwise, it may shorten the using time of LCD screen because of the mistaken operation.
