hdmi lcd controller board 3.5inch pd035vx2 640x480 lcd panel quotation

Where they say 640x480, but i also see a lot like that, that say 320x240, and even some on Amazon claiming to be 640x480 have been revealed to be 320x240 once someone opened it up and searched the LCD part number.

So i"m looking for a 3.5" 640x480 resolution screen for a gameboy pi2. Let me know if you know of any reasonably priced. Only one i seen so far that"s been confirmed, cost $240, but it"s made for aviation.

The pi won"t be too bad once i remove the usb ports, networking port and header pins. The HDMI to VGA isn"t too bad either, just remove the cables and solder the LCD controller board"s vga, right to the converter, as for the hdmi, i"ve not decided what to do about that yet, either solder directly using kynar, or something like that, i"ll have to look into that more, i want to also have an external hdmi port too.

The one i linked, the control board is ok, but the position of the flex cable connector is really bad, i wouldn"t fold back right. This one would be MUCH better, if i could figure out where to get it.

The website isn"t in english and it"s not one of those, click and buy sites, so i"m having trouble finding the right control board, But i"m pretty much set on the LCD module itself.

Edit: if anyone knows what controller board is being used in the picture i just linked, that"d be nice, i"ll get the controller board separate if it means it"ll fit better.

Update: the controller board is SAGV2606 Still haven"t found where to buy it, but it has a vga/hdmi/power daughter board, if i can find a way to bypass the daughter board and solder right to the controller board, it would work, it would be smaller, it would fold over properly, and would fit into a gameboy

I know i"m kind of bumping this, but i"ve just put in the order for all the other parts for my RPi2 Gameboy, and i"m still in need of a 3.5" 640x480 screen. i found a website that sells the pd035vx2 with the SAGV2606, but i would really rather use a different screen. I don"t know if there are any other 3.5" 640x480 screens out there for the same price or less.
