As the return shipper, you are responsible for making sure that the return package arrives at us safely and without damage. ORIWHIZ does, however, share the shipping costs associated with a return for a replacement. The customer is responsible for the return shipping and insurance (WE DO NOT ACCEPT C.O.D.DELIVERIES), while ORIWHIZ will handle the costs associated with shipping the replacement part(s). Apple has determined that a small percentage of iPhone 11 displays may stop responding to touch due to an issue with the display module. Affected devices were manufactured between November 2019 and May 2020.

When troubleshooting any mobile electronic device you must always start at the common points of failure and work your way up. For example, if your iPhone 13 is not displaying, first check to see if the battery is dead by connecting it to a power outlet.

If your phone or tablet’s glass is shattered there will be cracks or chips on the screen itself. If it is just the glass that is damaged, the device may still function and you may be able to use it normally. If this is the case, it is likely that only the glass needs to be replaced.
