I purchase my H100i for my new computer rig. After my front fans weren"t spinning, I went through and troubleshot the issue. I did not have the fans connected to the commander core. After connecting those fans and Rgb to the proper place, only one fan was lighting. After some more troubleshooting, I figured that it was nothing I had done, and my H100i was giving me a pump failure on both the Red blinking LEDs and the iCue app. I did fire up a game, watched my CPU temp, and noticed the temp wasn"t going above 45 degrees, OK so the pump is working, and it is something else.

So, I goto to Corsair Website for a tech support phone number. To my surprise, I was only on hold for just under a minute, and Mark F. was on the other end. The gentleman on the other end was fantastic and did not try to insult my intelligence by asking if I had turned it off and back on again. He did ask if I had the single wire for the CPU fan in the right location of the Motherboard. I did not, but he hung with me while moving the connector from the AUX fan to the CPU fan connector. Once that was complete, he asked if I could get the lights on the front to light up and I told him only the bottom was lighting. He then suggested performing a "clean install" of the iCue software for due diligence, but he thinks it was the commander core module. He sends me the instructions for the clean install, and we disconnect, but he creates a ticket in his system to assist me further. After playing around with the ports on the RGB side of the commander pro, I can get the fans to light up in different ports, then perform the "clean install" of iCue, and no luck. And I was still getting the pump failure alerts. I reply to his Email stating that I am still getting the AIO pump failure after the clean install. He promptly sends me a new commander core module within three days(including shipping).
