Is your AOC display not working or malfunctioning? Monitors not working are generally a sign of a defective video card or an improper graphics driver. However, sometimes, monitors fail for other reasons.

If your AOC monitor is not displaying an image, here are a couple of things you can do to troubleshoot your PC build to see why your image isn’t displaying.

If the power is working to everything else, but the AOC display problems, it could be the power cable for your AOC monitor. See if replacing the AOC Power Cable fixes the issue. You can call or contact AOC to get a replacement power cable.

If you wiggle the cable, does anything happen? Have you used the cable with another device and had it work? Is there a visible error being displayed on the AOC monitor?

Do you have another cable to try in its place? If your AOC monitor supports VGA, DVI, or HDMI, try a different type of cable to see if your cable or port is damaged.

Do you have another monitor, TV, or other display that supports the same plugs your computer or laptop has? Try plugging those in to your computer instead of the AOC monitor.

I have a AOC monitor model e2343Fk. I am using a docking station with a laptop and two monitors. The other monitor is a Dell. I unplugged everything without shutting down anything. When I plugged everything back in, everything worked but my AOC monitor. The adapter shows a solid green light until I plug it into the monitor. Once plugged into the monitor the green light starts to blink and I have no power to this monitor at all. It is strange that it worked before I unplugged it. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I just called AOC directly and the support tech told me that AOC monitors are “not built to fully work with docking stations.” The reason I called was I’m unable to get a 4k monitor rated at 60hz to go above 30hz. That is one of the most frustrating reasons I’ve ever heard of.

My issue is my monitor isn’t even appearing to be receiving power. The thing is it was working just fine when I last used it, but today, those dumb touch keys aren’t working. I can’t even turn my monitor on. The computer is working fine. I’m not getting a “No Signal” or anything. I’m getting nothing. Don’t know if the AC cable stopped working, or if it’s the monitor itself. I have no such “green button” on mine; I have that damn set of touch keys. Never had an issue with any other monitor on any of my computer EVER. It can’t be the graphics card or any of that, because just the other day, EVERYTHING WAS WORKING JUST FINE. Never had any problems with any other I had. I guess you can just never have all touch display to replace good old fashioned hardware. Especially when the screen won’t work and there is no alternative button to power the display on. Not getting another touch key monitor if its gonna just crap out again.

My aoc monitor gose black with fadded white lines across and im not sure what the problem is it works fine for a day then i get that when ever i tab out
