First things first, the install is not easy at all, there are a lot of little things to do and worry about. One thing that"s not in that video, and is probably because this is a different manufacturer, is about the front camera centering ring. There is a transparent plastic ring that"s stuck to the back of the screen, which ensures that the camera is centered in that little hole on the front. This display did not come with it, I had to basically take that out of the old display, crazy glue it to the new one and then continue with the setup. Lucky, that I had Crazy Glue tube handy otherwise it"s a run to the store with your phone taken apart in pieces...

Anyway, the install is complicated, not exactly easy and if it"s not for you don"t buy this and get your phone to a store where someone else will do it for you, and better chance that you don"t break more stuff doing this. As far the display itself, I did not have any install issues, it fit perfectly. That makes me think that folks who complained about the fit in various reviews might have had the frame damaged as well when they dropped / cracked the display.
