The touch screen was not accurate. Often , even using the included stylyus, inputs would register 5-10% of the screen away from where I touched. It did come with a very clunky program to try to calibrate it, which might have worked if the calibration program worked; instead most of the calibration window was offscreen and could not be moved.

That right there would"ve been enough to render the product pointless to me, but even as a monitor the product had green scan lines which wouldn"t go away.

Finally, when I contacted their customer service, it took them about a week to get back to me initially, in which they asked for more information. I provided it, only to have them insist that this monitor was not their product. Either the customer service team was badly mistaken, or else this seller included 3rd party software and passes it off as their own. Either way, avoid this product.
